Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — misbehaving and harassment by west delhi gas agency, janakpuri | |||
Dear sir/madam I gurpreet singh booked hp gas lpg refill consumer no.682606 on 24th july 2017 through internet and made online payment. The delivery man came after 3-4 days and he deliver the lpg cylinder. But after 2 or 3 days another person (Mr. Tiwari) came to my home from west delhi gas agency, b1 janak puri, new delhi and told me to pay the full amount in cash. I told him that we have made online payment and it has now been 10-12 days the amount is not refund to my bank account but he was not ready to understand and start misbehaving with me and my mother. Again after 2-3 days he came to my home and torture us and harassed us and demanding money from us. After that when i lodge a complaint of this to my gas agency (West delhi gas agency) They also misbehave me and demanded money from me and threatening me of dire consequences that i will not getting lpg gas cylinder in future and they blocked my gas connection. I got confirmation from my bank that the amount was debited from my bank account and sent to hp gas company. So please take some necessary action against the gas agency and unblock my connection.
