I have been raising case and called LPG support number for zillion times but no result.
Series of events:
9-Dec-2021 : Booked LPG refill through HPPAY app and paid using Paytm. Payment from Paytm was sent but HPPAY app says pending. [Screenshot in the trailing email chain].
13-Dec-2021 : Raised ticket reference number REF00095092 from HPPAY app, NO action taken from HPPAY people. [Event 1 of consumer harassment]
16-Dec-2021 : Raised another ticket reference number REF00095640 from HPPAY app, NO action taken from HPPAY people. [Event 2 of consumer harassment]
21-Dec-2021 : Started this mail thread in hope of some traction from HP gas as these frauds are sitting on my money for more than 11 days. No [censored]ing action has been taken in 11 days and when I raised concern then some GENIUS asked for proof of transaction. Even after providing the proof, no action yet. If you guys are not capable enough to handle these technicalities why don't you stick to 18th century booking system. Everyone is going digital does not meant you have to as well if you are incapable GENIUS.
27-Dec-2021 : Raised case from HPPAY grievance section Reference No CAS-694136-W4R2N1 dated[protected]:04, no action.
28-Dec-2021 : Raised case from HPPAY grievance section Reference No CAS-694913-B4G7L5 dated[protected]:23, case closed without any action.
