Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Regulator not fitting cylinder

We bought a Gas connection in November, 2015 from Domlur HP Branch.1st Cylinder fitted fine, When we try to change the Cylinder, The regulator doesn't Fit properly.We tried to fit but the regulator doesn't fit properly.

Please help us ASAP.
