Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Cheating while filling petrol

Yesterday, on 29th Sept 2015 on around 8 pm, I went to HP Petrol pump Address- Satara Rd, Vasant Baug Society, Maharshi Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411037. Before me, one man filled 50rs petrol. I saw the Meter reading. And later, I asked him to fill complete tank of my Jupiter bike. He started filling my bike with machine reading starting from Rs.50. When I saw this Issue, I asked him you are cheating with the reading. He said that I have made the reading Zero before filling. I asked him the proof in the form of Receipt, and then his facial expression changed. He started muttering words. Later he went to his colleague and asked him to generate the receipt. His colleague was frustrated and asked him to return Rs.50. He has not given me any receipt, and at the end he has taken 50 rs less from me. Total bill - First reading- 73 (started from 50) = 23 Second reading- 231 (started from Zero reading) 231+23= 253 He took 260rs from me without giving any receipt. Later after seeing this drama, one of the fellow mate said me that this happened many times in front of him. This cheating should be stopped. What they are gaining by just 50 rs. They are loosing customers along with there faith.
