I have manually booked one cylinder through distributer’s office on[protected], but this booking status was not shown on online portal. Then I again booked cylinder through online portal on[protected] and finally cylinder delivers to my home on[protected]. I have paid Rs.1052/- for the same. But still I don’t get the Subsidy to my Aadhar card linked account number ( I have already received advance Subsidy of Rs. 435/-). My complaints/Queries are
1. Why I have not received my Subsidy even after 10 days of delivery?
2. When I Checked my online refilling status through consumer portal, my booking still shows open even after 10 days of receiving the Cylinder.
3. One booking and delivery shows on my account on 20.12.2013, but I haven’t booked/received any cylinder after 25/09/2013. So whom this delivery has been done and why?
I have registered complaint regarding this on HPGas Consumer Zone on 14.01.2014 with reference no. 13131520. But nobody is not responding. Kindly help me out if possible. My details are:
