Dear Sir, I am P.V.Sivanand Murthy, customer of HP gas with ID No: 2 [protected] and Aadhaar No.[protected] was linked to my SB account No:[protected] with Union Bank of India, Secunderabad -500003. IFSC Code : UBIN0532738. My Aadhaar card No.[protected] is already given to concern gas agency i.e. Adhoc Satya Tulasi Agencies, Tarnaka, Secunderabad and they have confirmed that the bank details and Aadhaar card details have already been entered. Inspite of the above, I am not receiving Gas subsidy since AUGUST, 2015. Union Bank of India branch officials have given the screen print which shows that the HP gas agency have not verified the data. I request you to kindly initiate necessary steps and do the needful for getting gas subsidy which I am not getting for the last 6 months for no fault of mine.
