Your executive Mr. Naveen Bhargava(Mob.No.[protected]) came for collecting the cheque for subscription to combo of Hindustan Times and Mint. He issued a receipt bearing No.40081671 against my cheque no, 676629 dt.16.09.2015 of DENA BANK. I have received coupons of ony MINT but coupons of Hindustan Times (English) are still awaited. I am contacting Mr. Bhargava on his mobile but he switched off mobile whenever I give him ring. On your customer care No, 60004242 the reply is "all our customer care executive are busy pl. try after some time" this is going on from last two months.
I am your regular reader of both the papers from last several years and paying the subscription. This behavior of such a big and renowned newspaper is really surprising. I request you to take remedial measures at earliest.
