As per your discount scheme, I paid a sum of Rs.699 in OCt 2014 for one year's subscription At the end of October, I received 12 discount coupons and handed over to The vendor S . K. Mishra in My Area. However 2 months before he said that i have not received teh coupons of both the months, refused to cooperate stopped the news paper. Now as per Hindustan times coupons has already redeemed. I have made complaint 10 times in customer care but no one is now responding, I am really losing the patience to keep on following up.
