Hindustan Times — non delivery of news paper by vendor

I ( Ripul Jain, # [protected]) have subscribed HT Delhi No.1 scheme since December 2013. I am residing at Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad. since October 2014 the vendor Mr. Manoj Tyagi is not supplying the news paper for want of money. your (HT) executive Mr. Parminder interfered after our complaint, took all the coupans from me handed over to the vendor. He gave verbal assurance that the vendor will not interrupt the news paper delivery after this. but to my surprise later I understood that I have been mischieved by both of them. & from the very next day the vendor stopped paper delivery & Mr. Parminder is not picking up is mobile phone no. [protected]. please help me out of this. As I need the news paper daily. Is it my only fault that I subscribed to the HT scheme for Rs. 699/= . Ripul Jain # [protected]
