Hindustan Times — Not delivering newspaper for last 3 months despite subscription

I subscribed to the HT subscription offer for 14 months vide receipt( S. No HT 1385351) on[protected]. But since last 3 months the newspaper vendor is not delivering the Hindustan Times saying that he is not getting it from HT. I have sent numerous mails to HT customer care to resolve this issue and am still sending them weekly reminders, but there is no response apart from the standard copy-paste acknowledgement and that we will resolve in 3 days. I wonder how many days do HT customer care count as 3 days, may be 3 years. Obviously they are not bothered about you once you have paid subscription money. I have been frustrated and deeply disappointed. I urge everyone to rethink before subscribing to HT.
