Hindustan Times — Not received newspaper and coupons

I have applied for newspaper with coupon. I am supposed to receive paper from 1st July 2016 along with coupons. I have not received any coupons and newspapers. . I am residing in sec 68 mohali. Ph no [protected]
Please resolve it Asap. It will break a trust with newspaper of Ht.
