Dear Sir/Madam Subject to renewal of HT subscription, I have paid the requested amount of Rs. 699 in September 2014 and Newspaper should start from October 01, 2014 but still not delivered. Lots of complaints and reminder raised to your Call center but very poor response from them. After so many calls, I requested to refund of my money in November 2014. But still no responds at all after 2 months. I want Refund of Paid amount Rs. 699 along with interest and compensation(Rs. 10000) for poor service. Kindly look in to the matter ASAP.
