Hi all, I bought a geyser 7 months back, and after 3 months of purchase it's not working if I switch it on main fuse will get burnt. Have raised complaint 3 months ago, and called customer care more than 10 times, their slogan is "we will call you back by evening" And their supervisor are super busy they don't take our call at all. This proces goes for few months, no technicians will reach us, finally ticket gets cancelled with blunder reason, if you call customer care why ticket got cancelled. They will try to raise fresh ticket so that previous ticket track can loose. I[censored] insist to escalate the call, executive will disconnect, now my number is not connecting to customer care service at all. I have written mail customer care site called multiple times, no response at all. It is completely fake company and products are worst. Was this information helpful? |
