I had raised the complaint EJ013595 about the Commode chock-up. And from your side engineer visited today to my place. Your engineer checked the problem and said that the commode pipe has something stuck inside it in the U pipe behind the commode. And he said to call a plumber and get it done by a plumber and said he has no support on this from his side. Our plumber checked the rest of the outlet pipes down the commode and the plumber says the pipeline is absolutely clear. Your engineer also agree that the stuck item is inside that U pipe attached to the commode however he was not ready to clean it and said he did not support that from a company. He says it's not his job.
My concern is
1) If I raised a complaint about the chock-up of the commode you should send a person who will resolve the problem and not a person who will only inspect.
2) Your engineer had no proper types of equipment or required solutions to clear the chock-up. Also, it seems he has no proper knowledge.
3) Engineer just inspected the product and denied resolving the problem and said to get it resolved by the plumber, whereas the plumber says it is not a pipeline problem of drainage. The problem is inside the commode.
4) I purchased your product by spending so much amount because your videos showed that it can flush hard substances like rock also from a commode.
5) I request to get immediate support on this product (like a sending plumber) or replace the product immediately. The commode is with a 10-year warranty of purchase. And our product is just brought less than 1 year.
6) Now recently for 4th time I called the new plumber privately and got the commode checked and he said that there is air chock up and this commode is faulty itself.
My request from consumer complaint is that I want my money refund for the faulty piece and compensation for bad service and wasting my time and efforts and money. Was this information helpful? |
