Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — Regarding faulty water heater of Hindware Ticket I'd: WHRSYL05WB0019 dated: 05/12/2023

I purchased 01 no of Hindware 25L Storage water Geyser (SWH2501D, white) from Flipkart on 20/01/2022.
The geyser is malfunctioning, water is not heating. The matter has been given a complaint to customer care executives repeatedly and false promises made by them of repairing it by sending their representatives. But to date, no one visited my premises to repair it.

Its stopped working in 29 th aug 2023 for which I have given complaint with no WHRSYK04UP0022, WHRSYK04UP0020 BUT YOUR TECNICIAN MR.AMIT SHARMA IS NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, AND I PAID VISITING CHARGE PLUS GST 2 TIMES. when contacted customer card they launched new complaint still no one attended to that . 6 TIMES I DEAR TEAM, I brought hindware water...
