Geyser was not working since June 2020. Customer care engineer visiting in June told me the product need to be upgraded and asked me to pay Rs. 2200 towards a geyser.
Have paid Rs.4400 towards 2 geysers. But since payment, no body is responding to my calls either through phone or mail.
Following up for the last 5 months. Fed up with the worst customer care provided by Hindware.
I am planning to file a case in consumer court. Can someone guide me how to go?
