[Resolved] Hitachi — AC Service Unattended. | |||
I made a AC service request ([protected]) on 22.08.14, which remain unattended till 05.09.14 on sending an email the same day I received a call from there authorised dealer in Vadodara Rg's that the request will get attended by 06.09.14 following which I received a message from Hitachi that the service request is closed, however no service was provided on 06.09.14 and on showing displeasure I was told by dealer arrogantly that have your service attended by Hitachi only, I made a second service request ([protected]) same day and again I received a message on 09.09.14 that the service request is closed and the fact remain is it is still unattended, today I have made a third service request ([protected]) in the morning and I am still to receive a call.
