Hitachi — bad service regarding refrigerator and unethical behavior

dear sir,
we purchased the refrigerator on dated 27.04.2011 doc. no.[protected] from sahu agencies aliganj lucknow and compressor having under 5 years warranty
we have paid r.2900- on dated 23.06.2015 for service charges / handling charges of my refrigerator against my first complaints no.[protected] dated 10.06.2015 but the problem has not been resolved at all till date...
today we again complaint regarding the same problem with my complaint no [protected] dated 24.06.2015
the service of the company is too poor and now they have not responding of my calls...
making calls to
# [protected] mr. nikhil
# [protected] mr. sameer
# [protected] mr. nikhil
chat with omni on 13.06.2015
and david on 14.06.2015 & 15.06.2015
after too many request and making calls to above nos. they attend but the problem persist as before of service...
the service engineer told that they replaced the compressor which brought from noida on 20.06.2015.
now we would like you to provide me a good service and kindly change my refrigerator
