Hitachi — Call, break down

I had booked the complain of break down of my HITACHI AC and it is on AMC, YOUR PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN AC ON THEIR WORK SHOP AT KARPURI PURAM, SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD, dated 21/04/15 but no one taking resonsibility and updating status of our complain, now we again register complain dated 11th may, reference no [protected] and now several people have callled up but nobody have any reply.Please look into the matter and revert on my id [protected]@aplpl.co.in and mobile no [protected]
