I HAVE GONE THROUGH WEBSITE OF HITACHI INDIA (http://hcserve.com/frmwebcallmaster.aspx) COMPLAINT REGISTRATION PAGE AND REGISTERED COMPLAINT ABOUT MY 1.5 SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER FOR SERVICING MY AC, NOT ONE TIME BUT THREE TIMES AND MY COMPLAINT NO IS FIRST TIME - [protected] SECOND TIME - [protected] THIRD TIME - [protected] AND I ALSO CALLED THEIR LOCAL HITACHI SERVICE CENTRE AT GWALIOR WHOSE NO IS[protected]. BUT THERE IS NOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE AND EVEN THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A SINGLE CALL ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.
