The AC has been purchased in Gurgaon on 2nd week of April. After installation the outer unit started making noise so much it can be heard from 200 feet distance. I complained the same to customer care and after a long three days wait technician came and checked it and tried to minimize the sound in external unit by putting cloth and cardboard. but could not do so. While going he said some senior technician will come and solve it. Surprisingly the call got closed without fulfilling the promise. Tried reaching customer care and after almost a hour somehow manage to get in touch with them and explained the incident. They have booked a fresh call and after two days somebody came and again tried the same process and minimize the sound. But since then the cooling has stopped and after 1-2 minutes every time the compressor and fan in external unit stopped for next 20 minutes . so the room temp remain very unpleasant even set to 16C. Again I have booked a call and again the same incident happening. tried to reach Mr.Vishal Marar through Hitachi portal, with a big surprised, it is such way designed, after writing everything the submit button does not work. Had Hitachi AC before. But it is strongly recommended to everyone now not to go for Hitachi anymore. My money is wasted and I am in a great pain in this hot summer.

There are several complain no registered. The latest I received is [protected]. Before that [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
My main complain is never addressed properly. The noise is reduced but meanwhile the cooling is gone. Technician has written " Gas Due". How can I accept that a new air-conditioned is due for gas? I request to replace it and send me a new one and also if model no 312 is available then only. I am ready to pay some extra for this as I came to know from a reliable source that all Ac model no 311, 511 having similar trouble. Last year I purchased a Inverter AC from Haier AC, that is few thousand rupees cheaper than this HITACHI one, That AC is still running without giving any trouble. How come Hitachi is failed to deliver it's brand reputation anymore by making inferior design, that is a big question.
