Hitachi — FAKE PROMISES & POOR SERVICES | |
I am an owner of so called HITACHI A/C which i bought on may 2014 from Sargam Electronics.I got three free services from the company out of which i was served with the only ONE.I called the CC a number of times & been given the reference no for next two services but there is no workout on those ref no's.even for which i complained them too but even after my so many reminder calls my A/c is still pending for its servicing... My basic question is THAT IF COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR MEETING SUCH HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEN THEY SHOULD TEACH THEIR CC EXECUTIVES ALSO THE SAME THING. THERE ARE TWO REFERENCE NO [protected], ON THIS REF NO THERE IS NO CALL RECEIVED BY US & EVEN AFTER GIVING THE COMPLAINT WE RECEIVED ANOTHER REF NO WHICH IS [protected], & TO MY SHOCK I GOT THE SMS THAT IN COMPANY RECORDS MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK...' WOW...WHAT A BRAND HITACHI IS NOW I AM SUFFERING WITH THE GREAT BRAND POWER. WHOSOEVER TAKING THE COMPLAINTS CAN PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHAT SHUD I DO??????????? I NEED AN URGENT REVERT OTHERWISE FOR ME HITACHI LOST ITS DIGNITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL. Was this information helpful? | |
