Hitachi — Faulty product. Customer service just to harass | |||
Purchased a hitachi fridge in 2015. It was expensive compared to other brands. But i thought its a better product. And hitachi proved me wrong. Their service is icing on the cake. No other brand can beat them in bad service. The fridge stopped working in less then a year. A on calling customer care they bluntly for 2 days didnt take the request as their systems were not working. Finally wrote a mail then the complain got registered. Kept following up and writing mails but the call got attended after 6 days of registering it. That too due to continuous followups. Their technicians dont even bother to call before coming. Then after that everyday i have been given new stories as to why the faulty part is not replaced yet. I also wrote to the service head and executive directors but i think its a company policy to punish the fools who purchase their product. Anyway no one bothered to respond back.
