Hitachi — gas leakage, breaking of body and bad service of hitachi air condisioner

I purchased Hitachi 1.5 T.R split Hot & Cold ACE on 25 June from Durga spares, near shiv sundari school kumar kunj GMD Road, Moradabad.( bill is attached) The first problem occurred in six months gas was leaking. After many complaints my complaint was attended, even pipe was welding. In the first week of April when we started the Machine is again leaking. We again lodged the complaint but the technician came after 2 months i.e in May 2015. Technician told to me that the indoor unit was cracked. Now you can easily understand the problems which I am facing. I purchased it because of the name of the company. I realized it that a renowned company can deceit its customers. There is no service, no quality that’s why I am sending this message towards you. I want to get this Machine replaced without any queries in no time.
