MY NAME IS MOHAN LAL BANSAL AND MY CONTACT NO. IS:- [protected]. I PURCHASED A 1.5 TK SPLIT AC, MODEL NAME:- RAU518AVD FROM RAIPUR ELECTRONICS FROM HOWRAH, INVOICE NO. HW/0453/15-16, DATED:- 14/05/2015. INSTALLED ON. 18/05/15. AFTER ONE WEEK OF INSTALLATION IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I COMPLAINED, TECHNICIAN CAME, HE RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS AC IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. AGAIN I COMPLAINED, TECHNICIAN CAME AND THIS TIME HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THIS AC AS IT HAS TO GO TO SERVICE CENTER. I REFUSED TO GIVE THE AC TO SERVICE CENTER AS THIS TIME I DON'T WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED. I WANT A REPLACEMENT. I FILLED THE FORM WHICH THE TECHNICIAN HAS BROUGHT. I BOUGHT THIS AC FOR COOLING NOT FOR SUFFERING. HITACHI MAKES THE WORST PRODUCTS. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad Attitude from Hitachi India. I will not buy any products from this Company in future. They should replace the faulty AC.
