[Resolved] Hitachi — Hitachi - Low quality products and poor customer service | |||
Hi, I had bought a hitachi window (RAW312KUDI) air conditioner in 12, april 2014 and it worked fine for 3 months . I had complained hitachi for low cooling problem in my air conditioner on 18th AUGUST 2014 (complaint no [protected]). The complaint was done and the Engineer came and said that everything is fine. I faced the same problem after ten days when ac have zero cooling and i again made the compiant no [protected] on 26/08/2014.A technician came and told me that gas has been leaked.he topped up the gas and complaint done. After one month ac stopped working and i logged compaint no [protected].A technician came and told me that there was a problem in the PCB and it needs to be replaced. He didnt commit about the time needed for replacement.I called to hitachi customer care about my ac and they just replied " your problem will be solved shortly ". Its really shame full for Hitachi that a customer has to suffer so much to get his AC repaired or replaced.I presume my request would be taken seriously and the company will prioritize the action ASAP before Summer season diminishes .
