Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) — AC complaint (stop functioning after 2-3 hours of working) | |||
Hi there, I bought a brand new 2-ton Hitachi AC (RAC222HUD) in the month of November 2014 from Electronic Paradise, Janak Puri, New Delhi which was installed in May 2015. From the very first day after the installation it has become headache for me. AC's compressor automatically stop working after 2 to 3 hours of working. I called 5-6 times to the Hitachi Customer care over the phone to look into the matter, with 2 times online and 2 times web (chat complaints) but only 2 times (after many followups) the complaint was considered and one of their technical person came to me and removed the sensor stating that now AC will work correctly. I am not a technical person in this field. I assumed now it will work fine but at night again it start creating the same problem. After 2-3 hour of working, it stop working. Again I called up the customer care center to tell them the correct picture. They registered the complaint but no action was taken care. Around 7 times in around 1 month, but no one is taking care of it seriously. I have even talked to their online customer support on the web through live chat but nothing positive happened. I would like to take legal action against them. Please suggest what and how to do next. Was this information helpful? | |||
