I purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac in the month of december[protected] n the same was delivered to my address in the month of feb'16 after following in up for more then a month... N during the installation i was out of station and my caretaker has get it installed and was not able to get it checked because the electric plug doesn't come with ac. When i returned in the month of june i got the plug and tried to start the ac which was not working... I called up the helpline no n lodged a complaint no-[protected]... After 2-3 days the engineer came and told me that the wires inside are damage and the remote control panel is not functioning and needs to be replaced.
Now it is more then a month i have been following it up with customer care... But yesterday all of a sudden i got a call from the service center (Service center name-temperature cooling) and told me that the parts have came and no engineers available to fix it up... So they will close the complaint no and will send an engineer after a day or two as the complaint is pending for a long time... Then i have clearly asked them not to close the complaint no as it is still unresolved for me because the ac is still not fixed...
Then all of a sudden i got a sms stating that the complaint no is closed... When i called up the helpline they told me that the complaint no is closed as i got the service... I again raised the complaint and a new complaint no was generated [protected]... But morning again i got a sms stating that i don't need the service and the complaint no has been closed...
The service center named temperature cooling is just playing around like anything... They are so rude when i asked them that how did they closed the complaint no without my concern... Request for immediate intervention as my mother is not well and cannot take the summer heat. Was this information helpful? |
