This is regarding my call number [protected] which I wanted to escalate where the issue has not been addressed, but has been cancelled without informing me or giving me an official communication for the reasons of the breakdown. Now I am left with no information of further course of action and the AC has been left with screws undone and a non functional state. Now it's being handled in the case number [protected]. The customer care said that [protected] was to be canceled but [protected] got canceled but I still do not know the reason why.
Both are being handled by your service partner VS Aircon. The call was registered on Friday 13th and cancelled without any resolution on Thursday May 19th. I had booked the call as the AC Model RSOG518HDEA Split AC 1.5TR (ODU 210A13120) was not cooling. So I registered a call and got a technician to visit.
The technician suspected a gas leakage and said later other technicians will come to address the issue. Later other technicians came and checked the outdoor unit, indoor unit and one of the copper pipes and said they could not find any signs of leakage and will come again with a compressor. Two days later they came with a compressor and completely dismantled the indoor unit, filled it with compressed air and tried to locate the leakage with a bucket of water. He said that he suspected leakage in the middle part of the coil but he could neither find or show any evidence of the leakage. He again pressurised the pipes and confidently claimed that the pipes did not have a leakage. He then suggested to me that there is a minor leakage in the coil and I will have to get it replaced by paying Rs 8000. When I asked him can you confirm that this is the reason for me and mention it on the job sheet to which he said no he does not have evidence of a leak but he is sure it is in the coil. So I asked him to have this sent to me in a written communication. I have not received a response Since. When I checked the Hitachi support app I found this call was closed. I have messaged the person in charge of V.S. Aircon and he is not responding to me.
Even the customer support keep telling me that the technician will visit me but I have not received any call till date and I have called the team 3 times.
The issue is I have not had a good experience with VS Aircon in the previous interactions. The AC is just a year and two months old, and has already had a leakage in the month of march in the outdoor unit nut which was only spotted after my warranty expired. And now had to be completely dismantled. Earlier when I had the AC shifted I had to pay for a nut that was not installed properly by the people who did it the first time. For no fault of mine I have been paying for the nut, for the gas filling and now without any evidence of a conformed leak am being asked to replace the coil. Or at least have the courtesy to put it back in the state it was so I can at least sell it off coz I am not happy with your service and had had enough. Was this information helpful? |
