A good product with a very poor after sales support
Logged a complaint on 26th May,
Technician visited on 27th May and identified as product faulty
After 27th no response from the Service Center
Multiple calls made to the Customer Care department. No proper response, just a standard answer that the part is not available and may take time. How much time ???
Today after repeated request got a call from the second level support. Was surprised to hear from your representative (Ms Tanu Yadav) that a new Unit (Model) sometimes takes 15 days to get repaired
No one has any clue on the date of fixing the problem. This is the response after paying in Advance for the Contract
