I am an ex employee of JCI was working with JCI GBS Pune. I purchased the window ac last year and since then I am facing multiple breakdown issues with the AC. If you can check previously I have raised 5 cases in which the techinician changed compressor once and other times he recharged the gas but again as always the ac is not working. In month of Oct 21 the compressor was changed and after that due to winters I didnt used the AC, Now on 16th March when I turned it on again it was not working. Today technician visited again and charged me 1800 for gas leak rectification and recharging but the issue is same. The gas was filled last time and the leakage was not rectified now the AC is out of warranty and again the same issues.
Being from Hitachi I always recommended the brand to my family members and friends but seeing the current scenario I am regretting my decision to purchase the ac.
You are my last hope to resolve the issue once and for all.
