I bought hitachi Air conditioner before 2 years and its not working before few days and I gave complaint before 2 days, yesterday they visited and told compressor needs to replace, they told compressor under warranty but need to pay more than 5000 rupees for replacement am asking why if its under warranty why I need to pay you for compressor replacement, they are telling compressor only we will replace apart from other things you needs to pay. I dont know why they are charging this much of amount, even its only 2 years old after we purchased. Because of compressor fault only you are doing all those things then why we need to pay this much amount. Please take necessary action on this. Thank you.
