Dear sir, I had bought split ac - 1.5tr hitachi ace fms r410a - rau518euda - (W/o conn. Kit) / logicool 5300f r410a From mr baljit singh of national electronic, amloh road, mandi gobindgarh, fatehgarh sahib, punjab, india The unit was bought on 30.06.2016 and to date i have been requesting the dealer to give me a bill but have not been given. The unit has not been working and i have made repeated complaints to dealer who has assured me that the unit will be changed as it was a defective unit. Your customer care tells me that someone has come and repaired the unit which is a lie and they have not been able to produce any proof for the same. I think the dealer and local service people have given me a defective / duplicate model and therefore are reluctant to give me a bill /warranty card even 11 months after the purchase. Today when i met the dealer, he told me that he cannot do anything about it and i should go to consumer court to resolve the issue. I would like to request you kindly look into the matter, get my ac evaluated and replaced. Also kindly take action against the dealer who is spoiling the hitachi name. Thank you for your response to solve the problem with my AC
Mr Kuljinder Singh kindly came on 16th May and suggested certain modifications which were then made.
He again came on 23rd to check.
I am sorry to say that the cooling is still not happening and you can check the same with him too. The temperature did not come below 28 degrees even after 1 hour.
We feel that the equipment supplied to us by the dealer is faulty and would request you to kindly have the unit replaced as it is still under warranty.
Hoping for a quick response and action as it is peak summer right now and we are stuck in this situation.
