I have called number of times and lodged my complaint through your WhatsApp channel, but there is no answer from your end. Just wanted to know the reason of closing my complaint without customer service and customer permission.
You people are hiring freshers/ training people who don't know how to solve noice problem in AC and instead of working on it and getting it rectified you people are closing complaint at your end.
Your team has so far charged 750+450 for service and problem but noice from AC is still there.
