Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Breakdown issue with split ac 4th time in 3 months | |||||
Dear sir, I have raised breakdown request of my split ac ( split ac - 1.2tr hitachi zunoh 5200f - rau514awd) 4th time since i purchased this new ac in may 2016. I am highly disappointed with the product and thereafter services of hitachi as every time it took nearly 15 days to get it resolved. Now, i am regret on my decision that why i have purchased this hitachi ac. I am hardly able to use it for more than 15-20 days since i purchased it. During installation time itself, the technician has reported a small gas leakage and spoke to hitachi engineer (Chandigarh). Once he confirmed and assured its not an issue, i get this ac installed but its not working at all. I would like to get this ac replaced asap. I can not withstand the pain of getting it repaired in 101-5 days. If this can be done, pleae refund my money. Last time, the hitachi service center (Chandigarh office) promised me that it will not occur again. Please consider this request on high priority and get it resolved asap.
