The said Complaint was registered on 07.06.2022 and was unattended in 48 hours.
Reminder was given and the technician visited on 09.06.2022 at 8:30 PM i.e after 48 hours.
Till today the complaint is unresolved even after involvement of various ASM, etc.
The call was directed to various service centres from Hitachi's end but no respite.
This new service centre personnel demanded Rs. 500 as service charge which I have already paid to the technician who first visited for inspection of the complaint.
The service centre i.e. Magic Services owner says that he has booked the part on 10.06.2022 and the same is still not received from the company i.e. Hitachi.
Mr. Raghav of Hitachi gave me the mobile number of Shri Avinash who is not picking up the call. (Just don't know how much follow up is to be done)
