This is in regards to the hitachi a/c purchased 14 months back from kashika trading shakti nagar delhi. We found 5 days back our ac was not cooling and we registered a complaint
At hitachi customer care. Their technician visited and found that the motor was not working properly and asked us to pay 3000 for motor replacement.
The reason behind putting our hard earned money for this expensive ac was that it will be a good quality product. We have purchased samsung, voltas and lg air conditioners before but we started facing issues after 4-5 years that too were related to gas leakage. We did not expect such quality from such a renowned brand that within use of 6-7 months the motor needs replacement. We belong from a middle class family and use ac for hardly 3-4 hrs per day this states that ac was not used excessively. It is very surprising that such good brands don't use good quality parts in their products which last long. I am extremely dissatisfied and regret buying hitachi product.
They are not replacing the part.
