[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — dc inverter pcb unit problem

I have purchased dc inverter through hitachi in 04th june 2018, this year (16th june 19) outdoor unit pcb has not been working and engineer (Ravindra pratap) visited our house and confirm us the same and told us this is part is not readily available with us and it will take 7 to 10 days. Now it is 15 days is over but noboday even customer care is not give response to us. This is pcb unit is covered under five years warranty and this has been confirmed by engineer as well. Complaint number is [protected] dated 16/6/19.
