Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Deficiency in service | |||
Regarding above complaint, o ne of the engineer came for service but nohing was done but the payment was taken. W hen i called him he kept on postponing and didn't came to check. N ow he is not even responding. I've called hitachi service centre too but they also didn't do anything. This was highly unprofessional from a company as reputed as hitachi. I'm really disappointed from service and i had no other option to go to higher authorities. Please look into this matter asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
