[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — delivered faulty split air conditioner

I purchased 1 ton hitachi invertor split ac from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd on 06/03/2017. Model no. Is rsg312eaea.
From the day 1 this machine is giving me the problem.in the first week only, water was leaking from machine inside the room.
In that month only, it stops working. After technician visited, he told pcb is damage, it needs to be replace. Then they replaced the pcb almost after 10 days.
Same problem happened again after one month. Again they replaced the pcb in 7 days. When i spoke to technician in detailed, he told me that, this model is
Not successful due to its faulty design. And hitachi wants to sell these units maximum so that stock can be clear asap.
He told me not to go for any hitachi products specially invertor ac.
Now same problem again i am facing. Machine stops working. Technician told pcb is damage, it needs to be replace. Now i am waiting for pcb to get replace from last 7 days.
When i called hitachi for replacement, they said replacement complaint cannot be registered on the phone. You need to send email at our customer care email id.
When i sent email, only auto reply is coming. No solution to this problem.
