Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Delivery of a damaged a.c. and non cooperation after registering the complaint | |||
I had purchased an Hitachi A.C.S1.5T RAU318AWD-3* from Kohinoor, Dadar on 5th May 2016. At the installation we observed that the AC is making noise. We registered a complain with Hitachi customer care, after which there engineer visited. But the claimed the AC was fine explaining that since a new unit it will take some days to get sorted. But after the very day the AC started making noise even more. We again resisted a complain again an engineer visited but he also could not discover any fault. After a day or two the AC started making noise like that of some kind of engine running, unbearable. I approached to Kohinoor for the same but no use. Finally I went again to Kohinoor and this time I straight away told that I will loge a Police Complain since you are not ready to take any action against the same. Currently they have mailed the company stating for the replacement of my AC hope this time they take some action. All this results in lot of mental and physical stress. Please don't ever go for any Kohinoor products. Was this information helpful? | |||
