I raised a complaint to change my refrigerator door and made a payment of ₹25790 to its vendor on 21st September. Since then I am constantly trying to find the status but of no use. Call multiple time to its customer care but they don’t have any information to share as they are equally blind like me. Vendor is not picking my call. So it’s a catch 22 situation.
