Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Having issue in 1.5 ton split ac | |||||
I called for service on[protected] as the Front blade and Remote is not working. Till now I have called the Hitachi customer support many times but result is zero. Everytime I call they tell me the same thing that the technician will contact you within 48 working hours but haven't got any response at all. For any company, after sales service is very important but here the service lever from the Multinational Company Hitachi is very week. I hope that I'll get the service as early as possible.
