[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Hitachi 1.2 Ton Split AC (RAU514AWD) | |||||
The Hitachi service centre failed to keep its commitment of installation of AC at the committed time, which resulted in its installation postponed for atleast 2 weeks now. The service engineer stopped picking up the phone despite committing a time for installation. I spoiled entire day sitting at home waiting for him and he didn't turn up. Now I want Hitachi to take its product (duly packed as received) back and process the refund so that I can buy a better brand product. Hitachi has refused to accept return. It seems there is no law which protects the interest of the consumer even if such brands keep offering Pathetic and deficient services to its customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
