Hi, I had bought a hitachi 1.5 ton rau518kudb logicool 5 star ac on 10th may 2015 through invoice no-ver/0270, venus e-mart private limited rohini sec-16. It developed some problem around 7th of may’16. We lodged a complaint through telephone number [protected] and 35324848 the same day. Though we were promised that the technician would arrive within 48 hrs but till date no one has visited our house. Our repeated follow-ups didn’t yield any result as we were only told to wait. This is highly disturbing that a reputed company like hitachi can’t live up to its commitments even after multiple follow-ups. It seems to be a deliberate ploy by hitachi to delay sending the technician so that the a/c runs out of warranty period. This would enable hitachi to charge exorbitantly from the customer. It is a pity that hitachi has resorted to such cheap tactics to mint money from their customer. I will be forced to lodge this complaint through appropriate authorities on the atrocity we have been subjected to due to delayed tactics employed by your company. I need immediate action asap.
