I have bought a hitachi 1.5 ton split ac. It got some pcb problem. I have lodged a complaint with the service centre 3.5 months back. 3 different technicians have visited in total 7 times completely misjudging the problem and providing no solution. Completely fed up with the follow ups.. But all in vain.
Their after sale service is very bad. All i get calls saying they are looking into the matter and update me. However no action has been taken yet.
