We have Hitachi inverted split a/c. We have did AMC from 8/8/16 til 7/8/17. TCR no. 39518. Since April 2017 we have cooling problem with a/c. Req no. 1) [protected] was attended on 6/4/17. Req no 2) [protected] for same issue was done on 10/4/17. technician told will send senior to attend. Req no 3) [protected] for same issue was done on 19/4/17. technician told will send senior to attend. Req no 4) [protected] for same issue was cancelled from service center without attending dated on 3/5/17. Req no 5) [protected] for same issue was launch on 4/5/17. reminder for req no 5 was set on 10/5/17 but till dated nobody had attended within 24 hours. And again when we call service center today they told we will again set reminder on higher priority. Was this information helpful? | |||||
