[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Hitachi air conditioner indoor unit | |||||
We booked an ac from great eastern dhakuria on 25.5.17 which was told to be delivered after 3-4 days but they delivered it after 10-12 days. After unpacking the indoor unit, we saw that there is a scratch on the indoor machine, the runner was defective, runner was defective, remote is defective, remote screen is full with scratch. I want a replacement of my item. I have never seen such worthless company like hitachi. I want my replacement of indoor unit and remote as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
