[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Hitachi is not able to fix the breakdown issue of my ac from past 2 months. | |||
I have been facing the breakdown of the ac from past 2 months. The technician comes every time and without completely monitoring the issue they leave. Every time they say that some part is needed to change and after that i have to wait for 10 days minimum. After replacing the parts also the problem persists. Now the current complaint [protected] is opened from 22nd june and the technician informed that he needs to change the motherboard and check also for that he has place the request for the motherboard. Till date he has not came to me with the spare parts. Is this how hitachi use to torture its customer. I am completely fed up with your services. If your technician are not able to fix the issue then please replace the machine as it is in warranty period. The technician gave his head numbers and ask me to contact them, but they are not picking the phone. They are mr sabir[protected] & mr shakeel [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
