I have not been given proper response from Hitachi as I have purchased 1 ton Hitachi AC from Amazon within 10 days AC stopped cooling I have raised I request in Hitachi someone visited and done due diligence and came back to me we need to change the entire set as it has got some defect since then I am regularly following up with Hitachi team Mr Syed from Bangalore he is telling since you been purchased this product online speak to Amazon we will not be able to do anything I am not able to understand we purchase product from wherever we want to it’s company will be be accountable for any such kind of issue since it’s in warranty
Raised another request also but I got message for cancellation without no one contacting its very annoying with brand like Hitachi I have to do so many follow ups for getting resolution
Need support in this ASAP
